My name is Kai Dosbay. Living in Middle Asia I have been researching the phenomenon of humankind and Anti-Gravity phenomenon for more than 15 years. I have performed an independent study and developed advanced concepts of future possibilities for mankind. Creating my new vision I do understand that there are lots of speculations around the space engines or time processes but I hope to bring attention and feedback from the right people. Recently presented advanced concepts may change the future of our mankind. The hypothesis about Information Lenses in the Universe has been recently propound by Israel astrophysics Dr. David Pollac (Dr. J.Bekenstein in Israel) as well. Unfortunately these kinds of hypothesis normally have a one-side astrophysical explanation. CT-theory offers the entire new scientific development : the Information Optic, which linkages physical and biological aspects of human being and origin of Universe .

The meaning of Anti-Gravity has to be connected to the Information Optic. Those who would have an Anti-Gravity Engine should have had a key to the Information Optic. It is possible to read the information from any object or relocate in huge distances without any time loss. Anti-Gravitational engines are essential for terrestrial space transfer. In case of other Galactic transportations i.e. without any time-consuming transportation the information-time optical system (ITOS-transporters) has to be assumed. The Information Optic is, ultimately an opposite scientific logic and method of World and Space exploration. We have to get rid of physics of the fuel tanks, as well as the instruments and perceptions of the spaceward. It is a far too primitive linear and dead-end way. Moreover we need to refuse any thoughts about using of fuel tanks or nuclear space engines in order to speed up to superlight velocity. In the nearest future that use would be insane and appears as a result of conservatism in science. To day we have to connect human biology and astrophysics. We could solve the problem of Time and Space for humankind salvation.
The Information Optic has five main directions to make it real:
-Creation of a CT-computer - information-time lens for information seekers in the Earth-system (for instance eliminating of terrorism). Creation of CT-computer let us predetermine the source and time of organized terrorist attacks.
-Creation of information-time optical system (ITOS-transporters) for transportation of objects within distances through Space.
- Creation of Anti-gravitation engine as a source for terrestrial relocations in Space.
-Solving of the problems of well being, rejuvenation and longevity of human race, phenomenon of human beings (dream, cancer, AIDS, twins and clones paradox etc.);
-Promotion of CT-theory and Information Optic through the books publishers,
manuals etc.
Information Optic is based on the main definitions: fixation, affixation, braking, vacuum , periodic and aperiodic individual space-time location of material objects and human. Due to these notions -theory and Information Optic develop a different model of the Universe and human phenomenon inside of it.
According to A. Einstein the Gravitation determines the space optics. Due to the fact that Gravity and Anti-Gravity are inseparable the formation of Information Lenses (IL) takes place. The object can be transported in the space but through IL.
Our Universe is filled by periodic and aperiodic series and their fixations. Our Earth is IL and Galaxy is also the IL. The human brain is also the IL. The Universe and every object is mirror-reflected on the droplet surface. Information Optic has endless observation of causes and effects of any objects In this stage we need to assume the definition of origin of our Universe as Holographic Universe itself.
